A completamento del processo di depurazione delle acque reflue civili o industriali esiste una serie di dispositivi realizzati interamente da COSME che supportano l’ impianto in ogni sua fase lavorativa costituendone parte integrante.
HOW IT WORKS
After connecting the inlet flange or, if provided, the Perrot coupling then the sewage is fed into the tank. Automatically, by suitable level sensors, plant starts its operation and begins the filtration.
The system is provided with a screening section in order to remove the solid and coarser parts, subsequently the sewage reach the settling chamber where the sands are conveyed and extracted outside, finally a system for removal of fats and oils floating is provided through a scraper chain and relative rubber paddle.
Cleaning of tank and washing of solid material, to remove organic substances, are granted by spraying nozzles located on tank.
HOW IT IS BUILT
Bearing structure in cold-bent plate with supporting legs and reinforcements.
Filtering system through Screw Filter or Counterflow Filter or Self-cleaning belt Filter (see relative datasheets), all equipped with overflow discharge system.
Sands conveying system with screw and relative slide chute.
Sands transport and discharge system with screw.
System of air injection made by a set of air diffusers complete with feeding pipes and blower.
Surface scarper equipped with rubber paddles for oils and fats removal with discharge bowl.
Level sensors for plant automation.
Electric panel of control and protection.
