“COME AND GO” BRIDGE FOR DEGRITTING AND DEGREASING
I dissabbiatori e i disoleatori trovano applicazione negli impianti di depurazione che trattano effluenti di reti miste.
La disoleatura delle acque reflue è uno dei trattamenti meccanici preliminari a cui vengono sottoposte le acque di scarico all’ingresso degli impianti di depurazione per rimuovere e ridurre i materiali sospesi e galleggianti.
La rimozione degli oli, grassi e schiume che si concentrano sulla superficie libera del refluo e la rimozione della sabbia sul fondo si rende necessaria per evitare i problemi all’interno dei successivi bacini di decantazione e di digestione.
HOW IT WORKS
Bridge is installed on a concrete tank with rectangular shape with “V” section, which permits to sand present in the water, to settle on bottom.
A bottom scraper, anchored to the movable walkway positioned on walls of tank, conveys settled sand inside a hopper located at the end of tank. Here, sand is evacuated by pump or air-lift.
Translation of bridge is very low and is in two phases: the first ahead, with bottom and surface scrapers lowered, so to convey sand and oil towards the discharge. The second back, with scrapers lifted, to permit o sand to settle and to oil to rise in surface.
Clean water without sand and oil overflows from top part of tank.
HOW IT IS BUILT
Machine is composed by:
A movable walkway made with tubulars, with suitable beams of stiffening, walking floor, translation trolleys, banisters basing rules in force, all in hot galvanized carbon steel.
A pair of drive and idle wheels in cast-iron coated in polyurethane, and guiding wheels inside tank.
A movable surface scraper to collect scums in surface.
A lattice with bottom scraper in hot galvanized carbon steel, with guiding wheels in nylon and support in stainless steel 304.
A motorization for translation of bridge, directly coupled to wheels, by a shaft in stainless steel.
A unique gearmotor of lifting for bottom and surface scrapers.
