I dissabbiatori e i disoleatori trovano applicazione negli impianti di depurazione che trattano effluenti di reti miste.
La disoleatura delle acque reflue è uno dei trattamenti meccanici preliminari a cui vengono sottoposte le acque di scarico all’ingresso degli impianti di depurazione per rimuovere e ridurre i materiali sospesi e galleggianti.
La rimozione degli oli, grassi e schiume che si concentrano sulla superficie libera del refluo e la rimozione della sabbia sul fondo si rende necessaria per evitare i problemi all’interno dei successivi bacini di decantazione e di digestione.
HOW IT WORKS
Sand trap pista type is used in small-medium plants to separate water from sand. Water to treat is feeded, through a tangential channel, inside tank with circular shape, having bottom with conical shape.
Mixture of water and sand is kept in continuous rotation by the force of water itself and by continuous rotation of special blades installed on machine.
The particular motion, due to mechanical action of blades, creates secondary transversal currents that, overlapping to the main current of sewage, help concentration and selection of sand in the bottom conical part of tank. Sand settled in the bottom, is sucked by Airlift, while instead the clarifier water exits from the discharge channel.
HOW IT IS BUILT
Motion unit composed by fifth-wheel , pinion and gearmotor, all included inside a box in hot galvanized steel.
Central shaft of big thickness, coupled to fifth-wheel, complete of mixing paddles suitable shaped, all in hot galvanized steel.
Air-lift with suitable diameter, complete of connections for air and water, all in hot galvanized steel. Air-lift ends with a T-union, which permits easy exit in case of cleaning.
Coaxial gearmotor coupled to central shaft by pinion and fifth-wheel, and electric motor 230/400 Volt, 50 Hz, triphase, IP 55, Class F.
